Midlife Reset is a gentle, two session introduction program designed to support women

through menopause by addressing both the body and the mind.

All sessions are provided via secure telehealth, allowing flexible access from anywhere.

The Introduction Program

Two session introduction

Session 1: 45 min Exercise Physiology + 45 min Coaching

Session 2: 30 min Exercise Physiology + 30 min Coaching

Introductory Price $420 (Normally $650)

Delivered by a registered exercise physiologist and an experienced wellbeing coach.

What do the sessions involve?

Wellbing Coaching

Each one on one session with an experienced wellbeing coach includes:

  • A guided conversation to explore how menopause is affecting your mood, confidence, and daily life.

  • Support to better understand emotional and mindset changes during midlife. 

  • Practical strategies to manage stress and rebuild self-confidence.

  • A simple personalised plan to support your wellbeing

Exercise Physiology

Each one on one session with a registered exercise physiologist includes:

  • A thorough assessment of your medical history, previous injuries, and current concerns.

  • You’ll receive personalised strength and mobility exercises tailored to your stage of menopause

  • Safe, practical guidance to support bone health, reduce discomfort, and build confidence

  • Plus a simple plan to continue at home.

No referral is required. This program is privately delivered and designed to be accessible without medical gatekeeping.

I haven’t exercised in a long time. Is this still suitable?

Yes. Sessions are individualised and focused on safety, confidence, and gradual progress. You do not need prior exercise experience.

What does the coaching component involve?

Coaching supports emotional wellbeing, confidence, identity changes, and the mental load that often comes with midlife and menopause.

Do I have to continue after the two sessions?

No. The introduction program stands on its own. There is no obligation to continue unless it feels right for you.

Is coaching available in Mandarin?

Yes. Coaching sessions can be conducted in Mandarin, and the program is designed to support women from culturally diverse backgrounds.

How does payment work?

Payment is made after each session, rather than upfront, to reduce pressure and build trust.
