RUNNING WORKSHOP

Spots are limited so we can keep the workshop practical and allow time for questions.

What's covered in the session?

✔️ Running Specific Strength Assessment

✔️ Movement Quality

✔️ ForcePlate Testing to measure strength, power and imbalances

✔️Running Gait Analysis (Treadmill: foot strike, cadence, hip control)

Learn the essential skills to build strength, improve your technique, and keep running pain free.

Watch us assess a volunteer runner, you'll see exactly what we look for and how specific findings shape the program. Real assessments in action.

What you'll leave with:

  • Live strength testing results (specific asymmetries identified in real time)

  • Running-specific knowledge (understand exactly what we look for in a strength/conditioning assessment)

  • Clinical insights (see how dysfunction cascades from asymmetry to gait to injury)

  • Your questions answered (Q&A where you can ask anything plaguing your running journey)
