Is this workshop for you?

This evening is ideal if you:

  • Wake up feeling exhausted, even after what should have been a full night’s sleep.

  • You’ve been told you snore, gasp or stop breathing during the night.

  • Struggle with brain fog, low energy or afternoon crashes.

  • Rely on caffeine just to get through the day.

  • You’ve noticed changes in your sleep as you’ve gotten older.

  • Want clear answers, not just “it’s normal”.

  • You’re ready to improve your sleep, energy and long-term health.

If you’ve been putting up with poor sleep thinking it’s just part of life… this could be the first step to changing that.
